Most of the asteroids found in our solar system sit between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. The asteroid belt probably contains millions of asteroids, but Ceres is the largest ones of them all. So large that Nasa now classify it as a dwarf planet rather than an asteroid. Perhaps that makes it suitable that in this ring Ceres is portrayed by a dynamic moonstone. This ring hum melodies of fallen stars covering our night sky in flares of glitter, distant moons, celestial mysteries and goddesses of the cosmos. The ring wraps around the finger just beautifully with its organic shapes and the design around the gem gives the impression of asteroids flying through space.

Ceres is named for the Roman goddess of corn and harvests so it was important to me that the design felt powerful, divine and that it made me think of mother earth as well as the vast space, since Ceres give life to the world we live in.

I hope this ring helps you embrace your inner ethereal moon goddess. The moonstone shimmers in gorgeous shades of blue and violet while the milky insides resemble a vivid galaxy. I was looking at many different gemstones for this design, but none matched the energy I was looking for quite like this one.
