Returns and warranties
High quality jewelry is meant to stay intact over long periods of time. If you have any problems with your piece of jewelry – don´t hesitate to reach out and we will make sure to resolve it. Warranties and policies change depending on the item and nature of purchase, but my jewelry is meant to be worn over years and years so if something isn´t right with an item you purchased a solution you´re happy with will be provided. As a gold smith, I take my role very seriously and always want my clients to be happy and satisfied. Since we offer personal designs, predesigned items, and everything in between, the return policy differs. But unless you ordered something highly personalized, you always have a month to return your item unless we agreed on something else through verbal or written conversation. It´s always a good idea to double check that you clicked on the right ring size, color enamel, gemstone, or chain length upon ordering to avoid having to ship things back and forth. That being said, everyone messes up sometimes and I will always sort problems out for you when they arise.
However well made a piece of jewelry is – nothing is indestructible. Certain gemstones will fade in the sun, get scratched by the rocks outside or det damaged by chemicals in strong cleaning products. Bigger or harder rings can misshape softer or smaller rings over time when they touch as you wear them next to each other on your fingers. Some chemicals will discolor silver or even hack away at gold. To prolong the life of your jewelry as much as possible, knowing how to take care of it is a good idea.
