This ring was designed to evoke the essence of ancient forests. The base of the ring is made from 925 silver, and the wood is carefully cut into shape and glued in using secure resin. This piece was inspired by the wild oaks around my hometown. I pictured scenes of dark academia, gothic architecture, old books, rustic libraries and a timeless classic style - as well as nature’s simplicity. The edges of the ring are grinded for a comfortable fit and the wood is treated with oil for extra durability.

I picked rich and deep shades of wood that is sturdy and give a rich classy look. This ring is popular with men and women so if you want a subtle and manly piece of jewellery for that special man in your life - this piece might be the right choice.
